Our Local Breakfasts
Stemming from the children's interest in local breakfasts, this became an 8-week project during which the children researched and recreated local recipes.
Coconut and Pandan Discovery
The lesson was planned so that the children could use their 5 senses to explore the world around them.

Every Day is Fruity Day
This is the 3rd year that PCF Sparkletots Preschool Changi Simei Blk 131 (KN) has carried out our ‘Fruity Day’. We are extremely glad that this practice has been beneficial to the children in our centre and we are certain you would find it beneficial too!
We began with promoting Fruity Day once a week in 2015. In 2016, we had Fruity Day thrice a week, and in 2017, EVERY DAY is Fruity Day!
Discovering our Local Food - Rojak
This activity was conducted in conjunction with our Racial Harmony Day Celebrations in July. Our teachers introduced the dish, Rojak to the children. The dish was chosen as it is a local dish that children from different cultures can relate to.

Ang Ku Kueh
Based on our centre’s Guided Innovation Project on Singapore’s Little Treasures @ The Peranakan Museum, we involved our ‘little chefs’ across all the levels in exploring the wonderful world of Peranakan snacks.
